Street prostitution is legal in Germany, but not everywhere. Each city has its areas where you can pickup street workers.

In Frankfurt it is around Theodor-Heu-Allee and another area. But not in the RLD around Taunusstrae. Unlikely but you can get fined there for picking up a SW. Berlin also has these areas.

I was cruising through Kurfürstenstraße and all surrounding streets in my car yesterday (April 26) around 10-11 in the morning and there was only one girl very actively soliciting business.
