My favourite place now is ironically the closest place to me: the relatively quiet end of Elbestrasse, which starts with the Leierkasten (Crazy Sexy Frankfurt, yellow). Exactly right. Yes, negotiation is essential. Sad to hear that BBBJ is unavailable generally. I found the same in Duisburg.
