Frankfurt ist cheapest city for sex in Germany. I wouldn't make an effort to travel to Darmstadt. Travel +entrance fee + girls 100 eur for 30 min. Spent two days in Frankfurt and re-visited the RLD after about 5-years.

It has changed for the worst. There were always a bunch of addicts and alcoholics in the area, but now it looks like a zombie apocalypse, I mean it's much, much worse. I don't know what they upgraded to, perhaps fentanyl, but it's just a concentrated collection of human misery. I intend to give the area a pass in the future and try someplace else.
