1. You would be easily be able to get a taxi from the club and there should not be any problem.

2. There should not be too much traffic at that hour in the day.

You do get blow jobs but be advised that BBBJ is no longer legal in Germany so you end up getting a covered one.

There is no condom requirement in swinger clubs. Why? No-one is being paid to have sex. (I'm leaving aside the question of swinger clubs with women who are often there and probably get some compensation, espeically if their names and / or pictures are on the web pages.) There is also an exception for porn; the difference here is that both involved are being paid, not one paying the other.

Massage parlors do not officially have sex for sale. HJ? Yes. Titfuck? Yes. But no vaginal, oral, or anal sex. So this is legally a somewhat different situation.
