I would choose frankfurt as well but I have never been to Zurich. However, considering that Zurich has only 1 FKK and frankfurt has a handful within a short distance you're going to have more variety in FRA. The advantage of Frankfurt is not simply the half dozen FKKs within an hour but also the ease of getting on a train and being in Hamburg in under 4 hours. Which has a nice RLD. Frankfurt RLD is completely kaputt unless you like really pushing the low boundaries. You could fly to zuruck or even Vienna for 2 nights as well.
