Hi Friends,

I am trying to decide on a hotel for a one week mongering visit.

I am also going to rent a car mostly for inter FKK clubs mobility, routing from Gissen Down to Darmstadt.

With budget limits, I try to find a good value for money hotel, outside Frankfurt city center, but not too far.

A good value for money for me would mean a 3. 5+ stars level + very short walk to public transport (for mobility of no more than 3-4 stops to Frankfurt city center) + free parking options outside the hotel premises.

Having researched for my requirements, I found "Hotel cult" (west Sachsenhausen) that pretty much meets my criteria + offers a free buffet breakfast for guests + is low budget. Is relatively comfortable and modern.

I've been returning to this hotel many times, is always sufficient for my needs, but yet, I still trying to find some other good options.

So, any ideas here from mongers with same needs and thoughts, about hotels you found and recommend?

Along these same lines, I was wondering if there are any good hostels in the area that might fit the bill for a monger.

The answer is B&B Hotel https://www.hotel-bb.com/de/deutschl...ls-deutschland This hotel chain has several options around Frankfurt for around 60 E. I would have picked one along the autobahn A5, which gives you easy access to the clubs. They got free parking, speak English, and are open 24/7.

I really don't see the point of staying so close to city center as long as you have a car. Just drive to a train station with free parking and take the train downtown. Or, there used to be plenty of free parking close to FKK Palace with the tram just a block away (Industriehof).

Many will advise to stay near Hauptbahnhof, but it makes no sense when you have a car and spend most of your time at the clubs. Driving is difficult and slow downtown, parking is expensive, and you will waste time getting lost (yeah, been there done that).

There are many more budgetfriendly small family owned hotels outside Frankfurt with prices around 35- 50 euro / night. I love those, but I cannot recommend unless your German is good. Most of them do not speak English and close their front desk from 11 am and 4 pm and after 11 pm. Not good when you are clubbing and find the hotel closed late night.

There is a small club north of Munich called Hawaii that offers a 25 euro entrance. You might need to print a coupon which you can find on the web.

No need to travel to Munich. There is a FKK club in Garbenteich not that far from Frankfurt that offers an all day pass for 15 E every day of the week. Girls quote 100 E /30, but can be fine with 60 E /30 with CBJ. That is 75E as a base rate for entrance + session. No need for silly coupons. But there is a catch of course.

Most of the time I used to get girls to my house for a price of 150 euros in total for an hour in Magdeburg. It getting worst these days and I regret what I saw there. People are mostly openly smoking STUFF, fighting each other, harassing women etc. So I didn't dare to enter any clubs. Maybe as you said, I will also try to enter the Laufhaus and maybe inside it would be fun.

I was in Frankfurt recently and will usually take a stroll on Taunus and the side streets for some level of amusement. I was last there 6? Months ago, summer and then I noted Police and security vans parked on some of the corners.

This trip I noticed no police (mid day), and several pockets of crack users blocking the sidewalk sharing pipes. I noticed very few street girls but most of the laufhauses were lit up with neon.
