Go there. You will find everything you want in there. It's a fucking Church, Catholic Mass all day and night! Sidenote: RLD here is not at all intimidating IMHO, its not so crowded and honestly in Amsterdam its a lot more uncomfortable to go into a window in the open and then leaving in the open after you finish. This atmosphere to me felt a lot more relaxed and less "Oh look haha that guy just paid for sex haha" which can happen at times in Amsterdam. As for junkies, I did see 2 or 3 of them, didn't bother me wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. RLD Is definitely a great place.

As reported, I spent the early hours of this morning in Sharks, got the connection bus replacing the S-Bahn to Langen, then the Langen S-3 back to the city. Which then stopped at the Suedbahnhof and didn't continue onwards. Then the U-Bahn home where I rushed into bed to get some sleep some time around 5 o'clock

Slept for 6 hours.

Not sure if we are aloud to post its name on the forum, could a mod advise, it pretty much got no overlap with this forum as its in German only and for the RLD of one city?

Three pieces of advice I would recommend for anyone hitting up the RLD is:

1: Check that Eintracht (Frankfurt's football team) don't have a home game on the night you plan to do any touring of the RLD as otherwise it will be rammed with fans after the game.

2: If you have never been to a Laufthaus before and want a less intimidating start then try Crazy Sexy first. The downstairs is a surreal set up of random oddities (no girls on this floor) and the upstairs rooms are spread up so you don't get oogled by a room of WG and other punters when you want to ask a girl about her services, I personally found it daunting the first time. The down side is it can be a bit empty and usually slightly more pricey (30 E) however I've always had good service there.

3: Don't bother with Tanusstrasse 39 and Moselstrasse 42, the optics aren't as good as the other houses and I've personally had bad service in all the rooms I've done in them.

I'm sorry but I disagree with your points.

1. Yes, but I've not found it be among the bigger issues. A bigger one would be to avoid the RLD altogether on Friday and Saturday night. Best options are during the day. The good girls can't be bothered to go through the nights when all the garbage turns out and cause trouble. And those that are there are much more likely to rip you off. The RLD sucks during these times and I'the suggest everyone to just go to a club instead.

2. If people are going for a first time, just go to Breite Gasse instead which is much calmer. The Leierkasten (Crazy sexy Frankfurt on Elbestrae) is not a worthwhile visit. Most of the rooms are closed, prices are never less than 30 or at least very rarely. I don't know of people that go there. It might as well not exist. The BG by contrast (I was there today is frequented by locals and has enough to offer: lots of latinas and cindy).

3. Moselstrasse 42 is fine as a house and I've for the most part had good service there. It's also in my experience one of the calmer ones because it's slightly hidden away. It is also consistently amongst the cheapest, with 20 being the usual price there. So no, I wouldn’t tell people to avoid it. The places to avoid more especially would be rotes Haus and the Leierkasten, the former as I’ve never had a good feeling about that place. The girls have better optics but service-wise it isn’t great, too many stories of rip-offs, and girls there have price schemes that exclude sex if you spend less than 50 for half an hour
