I agree wholeheartedly with Flodhast's views. Villa is a wasteland and boring place to be if there's no messe in town and an absolute zoo when it is.
Villa from Hanover Hbf is about a 10 minute drive so figure on 10-15 Euro by taxi. It's also accessible by public bus, but I wouldn't do that trip at night if you've never been in the area before, as the area where the club is located is very isolated.
You're better off, driving down to Oase from Hannover- it's under 3 hours by car, expecially if you need to be in FRA anyway for your flight. After your 1st visit to Oase, you won't ever want to leave...
