I was thinking that would be my best move also, considering all variables as you mentioned. I will only have a backpack since it's a layover and I thought of just using Uber so not to delay. I did want to experience an FKK but based on your opinion and the forum I suppose I can skip it for now and try a Frankfurt trip another time. Depending what time of day you travel you may want to reconsider Bus vs Uber Rush hour is tough.

Secondly if I remember. The sign for Uber pick up is hard to find. So you may want to ask. Just a heads up. Also I bought my bus ticket on the bus but you can save a couple bucks if you do it on your phone.

I'll be in Munich for a work trip for about a week starting this coming weekend, and wanted to get some advice for maximizing the experience. Maybe Tintin or others could give some advice? The only full day I would have would be Sunday 2 July. I am already booked at a Munich hotel for that night, but I guess I could still book a 2nd hotel in Frankfurt (as work is paying for the Munich hotel anyway) and pay for that personally. So you recommend taking a flight to Frankfurt as soon as I arrive in Munich on Sunday, then go to Sharks, Palace and Oase, and then stay in a hotel at the airport? Would visiting all 3 FKKs be too much or even worth it ("to stamp all 3 in my FKK passport".

If I was to do that, I would probably skip Salzburg for this trip, as I would only have until about 5 pm on the next day (Monday).
