I tried searching the net for information about the scene in Koblenz before a recent trip there but could not find much. Once I got there, I started looking around and here is what I found.

Follow the Mosel River west from Das Deutsche Eck statue. The statue is located right where the Mosel dumps into the Rhein river. Go west from there to the first bridge and turn south, away from the Mosel to the first street. Then turn left so your heading back east. You will see a sign for Maxim. After about 7pm the light inside the buidling flashes red and blue. Enter the door and walk up the stairs.

There are several doors, look for one that is open. (I didn't try up the next set of stairs) I happened upon a fairly large women but I was extremely drunk and didn't really care. Hello there, there is a place called Jollie's located in Einseidlerhof (sp?), right across the side street from the Hacienda Mexican restaur. If you are in the Kaiserslautern area, it is about a 10 minute cab ride.
