As of 14 July the strip clubs on Syggru are still closed. There's a big one with a sign that says they're open and taxi drivers will drive you there and tell you it's open but they are not.

Sorry for a bit late response but it depends on your preferences. Filis provides a quick release. In my experience, you need luck to find the right talent there.
