Fylis and many other streets nearby (use google maps and look left of Viktoria station). The only guide you need for the 10 and 20 places is a map. Massage joints and higher end places are a bit different as they change frequently and don't even seem to be consistent. You can check the greek forums using chrome for instant translation of comments on such places.

Thanks for the good luck messages. But I'm afraid to say to anyone waiting this update on escorts in Athens, this will not encourage you. (It's quite long but bear with me. I need to get this off my chest).

My first step was to make contact in advance of my visit. All fine there as I got some responses. After arriving, I emailed one of the agencies. Hetaera - on my first night in Athens, and no answer.
