Yes, there are steps (up or down) to most of the apartments. And it is plenty hot there now. My suggestion is to only consider the rooms that have good air conditioning running. I went to a studio last night. It was called Geisha and is at 3 Athanasias. They have a website. I chose it because it was walking distance from my hotel (some or all? Well, I just got back to the US from my trip to Athens, Santorini and Mykonos. I had a great time and really enjoyed the country. I only had a chance to go to Fylis Street, no other mongering opportunities arose. I did make it there a couple of times and sampled four different girls.
