Guys. I have been to Budapest, you do not need a 'guide' or a helper.

Simply ring a girl, a lot of the girls work by themselves rather than using a 'pimp' as the will want his cut! If they speak good english that is usually good enough for me.

I have been to Budapest too. Many times.

More than 75 times since 2006.

95 percent of girls work as independents (without a pimp). The fact is, huge percent of them don't speak any foreign language (my estimate is 85 percent). Simply, they don' have too bother. Plenty of local punters call them (the top notch ones the most).

In my early Budapest days (I was there often on business) I was trying to simply ring a girl, but I was always hitting a wall due to language barrier. I wanted top notch babes, I couldn't not reach them. What do you do when you call a top notch babe and she hangs up on you the second she hear: Do you speak English?

I was lucky enough to get to know Il Drago back in 2006. That change everything for me. Thanks to him I was able to reach top notch babes who spoke no English and I still had enough time to do my business efficiently. My opinion is, one need a local guide in Budapest (especially if you want to sample non English speaking girls and you have little time being busy with your business).

I had the same experience. I found it "working" English is enough and most girls will make the effort because they need you more than you need them. Any girl that doesn't make the effort will translate into bad service anyway! No need for guides. Go have fun and keep us posted.

I have been to Budapest two times. I have visited several girls. There is few problems with the language. One or two times I have had to use google translate to communicate, body language is also easy to use. You will have a good time. I really liked maja21 and panna. Maja does not speak english but panna is OK in English. Both easy to book.

I don't see the need to hire a guide, I prefer the "hunt" and the uncertainty about visiting a girl. Is it the girl I think or not. But I have no problems with people that give this service or the people that hire this service.

About overpaying, I'm used to a minimum of 200 euro for one hour and if you get caught by the police you will get a fine of 1500 euro and it goes on my record. So overpaying is not something I think of to often in Budapest.

I can't say there are people on this forum that are negative but there is one person who constantly puts posters down who speak English and state that they had a good time mongering in Budapest. It is Il Drago. If you look at his posts it is hard to go beyond a few pages where he doesn't extol the virtues of speaking Hungarian and saying you really need to speak the language to have a good time. NemanLion has put up a wonderful post about all the different girls he met despite not knowing the language. He even posted a couple of negative experiences he had. Does this mean he had a bad time? The fact that I met up with a couple of SW that didn't turn out well, does that mean that I had a bad time? Nothing further from the truth! We all get taken in one time or another. In fact if you look at Il Drago's posts he too admits to be stood up by some girls despite him speaking Hungarian. The difference is that most posters, in fact with the exception of Il Drago, don't need to charge hundreds of Euros for our advice nor do we constantly post negative comments about people who might have overpaid. Overpaid is relative, if you had a good time then it was worth it to you, period, end of story. We need not spend hundreds of Euros to Il Drago to have a good time.

Well Drama, I just got back and had a great time. By myself. Basic research and homework got me all I needed. I think things have changed a lot since then, there was never an issue with English with either the girls or doing the touristy stuff!. It is EU now don't forget. I called the ones that spoke english and while it wasn't the Queens english, the level of spoken english is enough to set up a date, have basic peri-sex chats. I was more after the girls that people in here have been with and given top score. I can look up fit, blond girls 18-24 on all sites, but that don't tell me if the personality is good and that I will have a nice time. She is anything you want. The only downside is she does talk abit too much but I'd recommend her either way.
