Sometimes there is no choice if you are in Budapest on business like I was. If you have the time, the alternative would be to drive or take a 2 and a half hour railjet to Vienna where there is a much higher number of hot young girls who speak English, but there you would have to pay 120 euro per hour and if you want BBBJ (which is a must for most guys) or kissing that is another 30 each.
