Good detailed report buddy. I have been following this thread for 6 years and have been visiting Budapest since 2014, your experience was fairly typical of what guys encounter when meeting girls from agencies or ones that advertise on their own websites.

There is usually one or two people every month that either ask about these websites or share experiences that are similar to yours or worse. Up until recently, experienced guys would give a brief explanation of why to avoid these situations and suggest that they look at girls on the two independent websites. I am not sure why a few guys now are giving different advice and seem to be encouraging guys to chase fairy tales that will most likely end up in disappointment.

I am certainly not suggesting that all of these girls are bad. I know one girl that advertises on one of the independent websites that worked for one of these agencies for about 6 months that I really like. However, I wouldn't pay 3 x her current price and I wouldn't be very happy if she looked completely different compared to her advertised photos. Even if you assume that a few of these girls are good, how could anyone consistently identify which ones are good and which ones aren't. It is more complicated than just eliminating the ones with the obvious stolen photos. There is very little feedback on any of these girls and if there is any feedback, it usually just from one person. How can you trust it? Some guys have low expectations based on experiences in other places and of course there is always the risk of shills and sock puppets promoting these websites. Although if you look at their posting history, it is usually easy to figure this out since they will claim that every experience with girls from a particular agency or a pimp is awesome and amazing.

When someone posts a positive or negative experience about a girl on one of the websites for independent advertisers, you can look at the photos, data sheet, and feedback to decide if it is a girl that you want to visit. You are correct that Budapest is different compared to Germany and Holland. It is good to be cautious, but the vast majority of the girls that advertise on the two major websites are not managed by an agency or a pimp.

Another difference in Budapest compared to other places is that many of the popular, attractive, and well reviewed independent girls don't do outcalls or least they don't do them with guys that haven't met before. They feel safer and more comfortable working in an apartment with guys setting up appointments to see them. Some girls work solo in an apartment that they also live in, but most girls have a "work" apartment where they see customers. Some work alone and others work with 1 to 3 other girls. Of course there are some girls that have no problem doing outcalls, but if you limit yourself to only these girls you will eliminate many of the best ones.

As far as renting an apartment versus a hotel, the reason that others recommended an apartment is that it is better value for the money and usually gives you more privacy. Many of the larger hotels have security guys that are in the lobby and some hotels require a room key card to use the elevator, so you would most likely need to meet the girl outside and escort her to your room.

If you spend some time reading the forum there is a lot of good advice about the best methods to contact girls, the normal range of prices, and how to identify some of the girls that consistently provide good (or great) experiences. I forgot to add that she's kind of implying in her introduction to be a celebrity or something like that. To me her face is not familiar at all, but that means nothing.
