I actually considered this, but realized it is pointless since there are enough decent girls who speak English well enough to make a booking.

All of them speak English well, except for the last one, her English is not great but she has someone who arranges her dates via whatsapp, responds instantly.

Just a hint to new visitors using rosszlanyok: if you sign up for an account, you can mark ads as favorites, and rank them with points.
