I'm a longtime lurker, first time poster.
1) It seems the typical price in Budapest is typically 20-25,000 Hungarian Florint for 1 Hour with a working girl, including covered oral and penetration, am I correct? Number 2: This is something you should forget, usually working girls speak only basic English so you could get job done but forget about big meaningful conversations, of course there are few exceptions who speak good English but it is just pure luck if you end up finding one in your trip. My last trip I meet one new girl to me and she speak very well English and when I asked where she learned, she said she had be with foreigner as boyfriend but now they had break up. Number 3: Germany FKK's would probably be best for the buck if you trying to get cheaply as much pussy possible. Then if looking Budapest type girls and escorts very reasonable prices and girls who also can have English language conversations with you then I would recommend Prague for you.

About your point 1, in the 20-25 k range (incall rate) you can already find real stunners if you do your homework in searchig properly. Moreover, the services included in that price will typically go beyond covered oral and penetration.
