Got a Hungarian SIM. At first all the contacts I had saved didn't answer. Eventually one did and told me to call them back once I unblocked the number. (I had more complications with the SIM card I had to work out. If requested, I can post that on the general tips thread.).

Prospect 1 - looked appealing online. Set a time. She was thirty minutes late. When I went to receive her, I didn't notice anyone who resembled her online. I'm a bit on the cautious side, so did my best to appear that I wasn't looking for anyone. Casually circled the area. Again, no hint of anyone who fit the description online. In the day I did do the touristy stuff as well. I am also very keen on seeing the major tourist attractions as well. Since, I was there for 5 nights- 1st night / day nothing as body couldn't cope. Yes, this was my 1st trip to Budapest with zero knowledge of Hungarian and I did pretty well with sightseeing, eating and choosing the babes. Right now, I am in Prague but one thing is pretty clear and that's my opinion, Budapest rocks and is certainly value for money in all spheres for foreigners. To give you guys another tip, if you want to do the sightseeing part, I had registered myself on Showaround.com and got a tour agent for my excursions which was an excellent decision on my part. She took me to the best sights of Budapest. I chose a walking tour with her for 5 hours and was mighty pleased with my decision. Yes, I did spend some money but its great to have a local take you on a personal tour as Budapest has lots to offer in terms of culture, arts and history. Thought, let me share if guys do want to do the touristy part. Enjoy your drinks in Ruin bars and cheers.
