Just buy Hungarian prepaid SIM-card to your phone. It costs 2500 HUF (8-9 euros) if using Vodafone, they have great friendly English speaking shop just in middle of tourist area in near Dek Ferenc * Metro-station. So it costs 2500 and for that you get 2000 HUF worth of calls or texts. Other companies could be few hundred cheaper but their shops have been more bad service at least in my own experience, that's why I recommend Vodafone.
