If you google "Firenze club scambisti", which is the Italian equivalent of "Florence swingers club", the first result you get is for Rooms Club, which is just a regular club, although it is located on the premises of a long dead swingers club.

As far as I know the only established SC in Florence is the Royal Club.
Quite difficoult to find even for locals, you're better off using a cab.

A note on prostitution laws in Italy

In Italy prostitution is legal (it is ok both to offer sexual services and to pay for them) , but the surrounding activities such as public solicitation, operating a brothel and other forms of pimping are prohibited.

With few differences, this is same system employed by most other western European countries.

For these reason, even if a massage parlor happened to be raided during your visit (they often do) , it's very unlikely anything would happen to you.

1-even assuming the mamasan didn't have the time to warn the girls of what's about to happen (unlikely since she'the only have to shout something in Mandarin) since you are inside a 'beauty parlor' where, everyone knows, it's fairly common to be naked, law enforcement couldn't simply barge in your cubicle, but they'the have to knock first, thus giving time to both you and a girl to properly present yourselves.
