I don't know how many fake profiles are there in EscortForum, but it's one of the most reliable escort advertising sites in Italy. I would reverse search the images and / or phone numbers, search only verified profiles, though I don't know how verification works for EscortForum. I also recommend checking the two local reviews forums, GnoccaForum and PUNTERFORUM if you want info and reviews as Milan (and Italy in general) is not popular with ISG crowd for some reason.

The bulk of Punterforum's reviews are behind a paywall, except for the few girls on top of the cities' pages, those labelled as "Super Stars" and the occasional "Premium", whose pages are public and open to all to read (basically 1 to 10 girls). Allegedly they should be the top of the top currently active in any given city (except possibly some Premium girls who most probably just paid to get their ad put at the top). So if you're going to Bologna or Milano you have some info available, if you're going to Urbino it's pretty much useless.

I find gnoccaforum very tiring, you get 3 pages of discussions on whether one specific girl is doing anal or not, or on off topics totally irrelevant.
