I stayed near the train station in Naples and further south. Lots of Africans and local junkies all shooting up. Instead of getting the bus from Campo Flegri you could continue on the same metro train to Pozzuoli and pick up the same bus there. This has the advantage of lots of sights to see. Via galileo Ferraris from the esso station (130-136) to the end of the road. Only eastern girl.

When you want to try something new I suggest you to go to the nearby Castel Volturno.

Easy to reach, just take Metro from piazza Garibaldi, get off in Napoli Campi Flegrei. From the square in front of the station a bus will depart hourly to Mondragone. Take it and get off in Castel Volturno at Bar Tropical stop. Continue the way walking along the famous via Domitiana. In the morning and early afternoon you will see girls hanging around or walking for their shopping. Just talk to them. You don't need any car, they will introduce you to their own houses.

I don't suggest you to make too late because in the night you risk not to find any bus to Napoli. If you like the place return there to overnight, hotels are good and cheap.
