I know this mate of a mate for years. This guy is a well off IT Geek, in his late 30’s. He sold his company a few years ago, and cleared a couple of million. I've just got back from Riga (yesterday), and am also worried about the AIDS problem.

I recently heard on the news that figures for new cases of AIDS in Eastern Europe and Russia were larger than Africa.
