Hotel Bergs is definitely the 'coolest' of the three - very nice rooms. But on the downside, they are the the least tolerant of people taking companions back to their rooms at night.

I stayed on caka iela a while back at hotel enkurs, really smart hotel at a pretty good price. I have stayed at the SAS (a bit far out and no action when I have stayed), prefer the Revel Hotel Latvija. Always action due to the Vodoo club in the basement, also early action in the Skyline bar some nonP2P. Come straight of of reception cross the road, 5 mins walk you are in the old town.
