Europe is a real mixed bag. Some countries Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Northern Ireland and France even fine the clients and it is illegal to pay for the service. The only countries where it is regulated as you say are Hungary, Austria, Holland, Latvia, Turkey, Greece and Germany.

Now this has been pasted in the newspaper owned by Saviour Balzan. So the massage fb group which closed down had a troll from that paper it would seem. Hope the masseuse sues them if she can.
