Yes the scene seems into decline, I think it is a combination of factors: many people seem to prefer the privacy an asian massage can give, a number of SW are now offering "massage" service in private, at higher prices, and foreigners advertise on adult work etc. Again, many of those in the local traditional red light districts give rushed, poor service so that turns people away, esp when stories about theft and violence are (rightly) highlighted in the media.
