Sure Badgers I will be happy to help you out. There is an RLD around these streets: Singel, Oude Nieuwstraat, Terketelsteeg, Korte Kolksteeg, Spuistraat, Korte Korsjespoortsteeg. This is walking distance from the "big" RLD.
There is another one in an area called "De Pijp". The street is Ruysdaelkade. This is NOT walking distance, but hiking distance from the "big" RLD and Central Station.

In The Netherlands prostitution is legal. That means that any private house, escort service or a house with windows for WG's need a license from the local goverment. Therefore they have to meet certain requirements such as regular check ups by the Health Service (GGD), hygene on the premises, enough fire escapes and pay taxes.
