That will take a while I am afraid. The have different rules per region (Bundeslander), and now they decided it is not smart to re-open regionally, but national re-opening will probably not before September.

Government has presented steps to free up the lockdown. The intention is to allow sex work from September 1st. But only if the situation doesn't worsen before that.

Sex clubs in Holland are closed from today 18:00 until April 6th. So are restaurants and bars. I don't know about RLD but expect it to be very quiet at least. Hotels remain open but only the hotel function! Measures will be evaluated and might be extended.
