On low end but functional is Hotel de Mallemoolen. Is right in the redlight area and the male staff can find you girls to come to your rooms

Paid 60 euro a night with a shared bath. Not a big deal. And the other hotel they own around the corner has a pub that you can sit in and use laptop. They sell access for like 10 euro for a few days.
