You are better off with a quick Taxi to the RLD in AMS. Assuming you have checked in for your connecting flight, a 30 min taxi ride should allow you 45 minutes in the RLD and a 30 minutes ride back you should be back in Schiphol with at least an hour to spare.

Or take a train to the central station. Much cheaper and you'll be in the RLD in about 30 min as well (20 min train ride + 10 min walk).
