I have never been there myself but there are some reviews on the Dutch monger site that are slightly positive. The atmosphere seems to be good but the ladies are quite 'old' (in their 30's and 40's? Their site doesn't mention ages which is a bad sign I think) and it's an expensive club. The damage can easily be 300 to 350 Euro.

And you're right that the system is not as well developed as in Germany. Holland doesn't have a club culture like Germany. Holland has a windows culture (although it's dwindling) and more and more an 'on line' culture.
