Club Bianca was closed back in 2011 due to legal problems and I can't find any reports anymore about it on the Dutch monger site so I guess it never reopened.

So my experiences in amsterdam so far this trip.

There's no such thing as an official website of the RLD with prices for each service. The standard price is 50 Euro's for CBJ and CFS for 15 to 20 minutes.
