Eindhoven is a Ryan Air destination and a good alternative to Dusseldorf if planning a trip to the NWR clubs. The airport is close to town and served by bus (3euro). The short answer is do not tip the girls. I will stand corrected if others think different. Pay the standard rate for the girl. If you do feel like you need to tip then show your appreciation by upgrading to a one hour session instead of a half a hour session. The girl will appreciate the gesture and the extra money.

If you keep tipping the girls then you drive up the price for a session such that the locals become unhappy that its costing more. It creates inflation by other means. As a non local visitor we have got to endear ourselves to the locals since it is they who are hosting us and allowing us to come to share their facilities. Pricing the locals out of the same opportunities creates resentment.

So go for longer sessions with the girl and pay her appropriately and we will be better off for it.
