Will Utrecht ever have a red light district again?

I've had escorts 4 times in the Netherlands: once in a tent, once in a flat, twice in a hotel. The first three times was before widespread internet. Hotels often had flyers advertising various agencies. The last time was last year, in a hotel. Spent about 2 hours on the web and ordered a girl, who was OK.

The main problem I see is that it is difficult to tell (by Googling "escort Utrecht, say") which agencies are actually local. If they're not, it takes too long for her to come and costs more. That information is not easy to find. Standard price seems to be about 160–180 for an hour, which seems about right, considering that 25 years ago it was 200 guilders.
