While outcall is often possible, incall is perfectly common and they often work out of private apartments, which may also be shared with a few other friends. But you can waste a lot of time in Warsaw, so it can help to check the local reviews in Polish on Garsoniera or erometr. Photos, reviews and services on the escort portals Odloty and Roksa are also often fake. It definitely helps to speak Polish if you don't want to limit yourself to somebody who speaks English, since translating SMSes will only get you so far in my opinion. Usually they want to tell you the apartment number over the phone instead of by text.

300 PLN / h seems to be the new minimum nowadays, and 200 PLN / h is creeping into the low budget zone now. There are lot more unchecked offers at 400 PLN, and I'd say 500+ offers a better chance of simply flushing your money down the drain. I think they're only half the dose, but you can buy generics OTC at any brick-and-mortar pharmacy or even some supermarkets. Don't know if that's useful.
