Warsaw can be tough, garsoniera reviews are partly questionable but the biggest problem was gettin through to them. Maybe because it was weekend, but their ads show them as working. From over 20 calls and SMS, got only 1 response back. That is a terrible rate.

A sim is easy to get at the shop and gets activated on the spot. Definitely needed for calling / sms booking. As with poznan, call in the morning for an afternoon session at 4, they don't confirm, but ask you to sms to confirm again 30 min or hour before. I think its just how things happen there, or too many false bookings. 15 zloty for sim and airtime was more than enough to make all the calls and sms I needed to. I had an Orange sim.
