They will accept appointment requests about a week before the time and date you want, but the farther in advance you book, the more likely they will contact you that she cancelled and offer you alternatives. Usually a day or two before greatly reduces the cancellation rate, and booking the morning of (for that evening) reduces the cancellation rate even more. So try a day or two before, but it is okay to do the morning of (especially if you have multiple ladies on your list).

The one thing I would NEVER tell someone who needs an appointment to start before 9 am is to not try. One of the reasons I discourage the use of Euroescortgirls, MassageRepublic and other internationalized sites is that some of the ladies who are listed on the local-only sources will mark up their prices to whatever the going rate is, and the going rate on the internationalized sites is higher.
