I usually stay using loyalty in the western chain hotels which are mostly on a long, boring stretch of road that is just a little too far to walk to touristy areas. You should have no problems with most hotels with having a lady visit you on outcall. The only snag you should encounter is with key card secured elevators. The hotels generally don't care about it.

I think EP became popular among tourists for three reasons.
