It's standard boudoir / model photography. Nothing is fake, not even to the degree of the clumsy filters used so often on camera phones. However, all the standard tricks of that style of photography are in play. The lady has usually had her hair and makeup professionally done, if you can see her face. As Kama noted, some airbrushing will get rid of this tattoo or that scar.

Something to add about this is pay attention to what you don't see. If the lady wears a bodice in every photo, for example, it's probably not because she likes bodices. To build on what Mongerer wrote, texting by Whatsapp is the preferred means of communication for most escorts and spas in Lisbon, including Escort Privada.
