I don't think you will have any trouble getting a response to WhatsApp messages from a foreign number.

At first, it is always wise to send your messages in both English and in translated Portuguese.

Some ladies read and write in both languages, but many only read and write in Portuguese even if they speak both languages.

But most of us here on the forum are not locals, and there has never been a problem getting a response from enough recommended providers.

Obviously, the lower a lady's rate, the less time she will want to invest in administrative time. So you might get fewer responses if you are messaging the least expensive ladies.

Not sure I would agree that contacting them is the best way to go, since there published prices are high in comparison to the prices in the reviews of Isis Nogueiro. I think there is a chance that she simply uses their facility (and the mattress on the floor) as her incall and gives them a portion of her fee. The locals would never pay those published prices on the Nuru website for a mattress on a floor, and Isis has a client base of locals.
