There isn't any difference at all.

EP and its ladies are outcall only.

Well, what an increase by EP! 33% in one whack is not to be sniffed at. Basically at 200/ HR it means that people who may have preferred Portugal to other countries, may now opt to visit other countries more.

As mentioned in the comments below, there are excellent incall providers at 100-120 / HR and that is still a competitive rate compared to other european countries. Yup. I suppose the thing is that this particular part of the story has come full circle for me.
