For what it is worth, I found Michelle's to be better than New Center, although my experience is limited.

I have no idea why they do not list their addresses in the website.

I try to find lower cost independents in a lot of places I go to. But one thing that makes that a lot easier is when a lady uses email and / or Whatsapp. I can communicate with her with the help of Google Translate, make arrangements of when I will see her, and plan a metro / subway / minor taxi route to see her.
