I will arrive in Lisbon this weekend. I have been reading this forum and it's very helpful. I can only do outcalls so a little bummed I will miss out on Ms Miller & Flora Neves. Time to start catching you folks up with recent experiences. When I got to Portugal, I found myself with about four hours of free time I did not expect, but I was in Cascais and physically shattered. So, over lunch I went looking for a massage and one that put the massage part first.

The going rate for incall services in Lisbon is 120-150. I did some asking around recently and discovered some ladies that were asking for 150 or even more for incall as recently as last summer are now down to 120 or 130. It's a good time to do incall.

It is common for ladies who advertise on certain international sites to mark up their prices, so if you approach them without a default text that says "I found you on EuroGirls" or whatever, you can avoid a tourist tax. I think if a lady opens by asking for more than 150 for incall, you should decline. There are plenty of good options and therefore no need to haggle with someone trying to tourist tax you.

Escort Privada, the outcall agency, recently hiked their flat rate to 200/ h. Most outcall providers are therefore asking for 200 or more now. Flora Neves and Frederica Alves were asking 180 not long ago, but that could change.

I don't have any recent experience with the Algarve, but I would be surprised to learn providers there are asking more than those in Lisbon. The roster in the Algarve, however, is not nearly as deep as Lisbon.

It isn't realistic to expect quality outcall in Europe for 120 an hour from quality GFE providers.

A lady in Lisbon will have 45-60 minute of transit time to and from your hotel, plus Uber / Taxi. So you would be asking her to work for 40 euros an hour. That is cheaper than Cambodia, I think.

Portugal is one of the most affordable countries in Europe. If you want an hour for 120-150 euros, you need to go see them, which is the standard in Lisbon.
