There are no extra fees for EP ladies. The term "extra" on their website denotes extra information, and was a rather terrible choice of a word given that so much of the scene throughout the world is geared toward extra payments. You pay 150 euros and you get what she offers. If she does BBBJ, you get BBBJ. If she does CIM, you get CIM. The one caveat is anal. While there is no extra fee for it, anal sex by a lady listing it in her profile is only available if she is up for it that day.
