A few years ago, the going rates were 100 to 120 for incall and 150 to 180 for outcalls. So, it's not surprising that a lady asking 150 for incall would ask 200 for outcall. My opinion is that unless you really like a particular incall lady -- enough that you want to see her in a more normal environment --there is zero reason to ask her to do outcall.

EP at 150 is a pretty good deal, if you already have a hotel room. The only real drawback is the girls are very late half the time, so you need to have a loose schedule for EP. Also, half the roster is only available at night, which is a problem if you are trying to score during the day.
