Tried the porto scene a couple of times, and I can tell you that the street scene is not good.

Around the top of rua santa catarina you can find some ladies, but nothing exciting.

Tried some houses (can find the phone on JN or in web sites like massagens.net) like Antas, Marques, Amparo or Boavista.

Mostly brazilian and sex session would cost you 50€.
