You undoubtedly have a point here.

A lot of unemployed romanian expats (including WGs) currently return back home to enlarge the inactive masses. There's lots of chances nowadays to find in Bucarest "semi-pros" or "occasionals" or "weekenders" i.e girls who are not prostitutes, but for whatever reason are willing to screw a stranger for money.

I was in Bucuresti last weekend and had a great time chasing in clubs. Interesting times to monger in Romania indeed.

This is very plausible because up to now Businesses were kept afloat with "Kurzarbeitergeld" this is a form of pre-unemployment payment, which is used to pay Businesses to keep people in their jobs. So now that the German elections are over, reality will likely start hitting home. Germany is the largest economy in Europe and the forecast for 2010 is dim.

So yes, Mongerers should take all of that into account and its certainly a opportune time to drive unrealistic prices down in Romania. But this advice is probably not going to impress the Sugar Daddy Fraction who are "sponsoring" (...getting ripped off) some dubious young lady for nothing in return.

After all, while the Romanian SPs were "fat and happy" "cashing in" on the "power(i.e. value) of the pussy" in pre-GFC(Global Financial Crisis) times, mis-guided mongers would pay over-market for, too often, mediocre to poor sessions!

I thought that I was overpaying, but after all the bad reviews on Bucharest I was so chuffed to get such a peach with a great attitude that the old blood thing happened - all rushed out of my head to my nether regions! The other problem was comparing the price to what you would pay in the UK, and that was part of my (yes, completely invalid) justification at the time.

During my day trip to Bucharest I managed to get to the above named establishment.
The receptionist spoke very good english & communication was not a problem.

I was given "the menu" & selected a nude massage at a price of 80 euros.
The girls name was Roberta - very attractive looking girl with a fantastic figure - however she did not speak english so conversation was virtually nil.
