Quick questions:

Is there an English version for that site? And do they come and visit you at your hotel?

No and yes. Some do incall. As an English only speaker I had a hard time finding girls on this site. I am in Bucharest and was wandering around the Old Town and saw several massage places. But when I checked, only one had any web presence, and that was that it was permanently closed.

Stay off all these places in the Old Town. They are controlled mostly by the gypsy mafia and are absolute rip offs. Go to the Old Town to eat & drink and have fun, although the prices already equal the same in Western Europe. For massage parlours including happy ending (ie jerk off to completion) I recommend Artemis, VIP Obsession and Confidential. Good selection and well managed.
