Sorry for the late answer. But being out of office for some days requires some time to get everything done the week after but here my trip report to Bucharest from last week:

Before I went to Bucu, I also visited sites like simpatie. Ro, sentimente. Ro and others. I contacted some girls by mail. I got a lot of response with phone numbers but honestly it's not really "you see what you get". Finally I managed to meet two different girls (the best loking ones regarding the internet pictures) in the city (my plan was to get them to the hotel. But not without having a look at them first) so I decided to meet them in their appartments before. What a luck because I had to say "oh. No. Thank you" to both of them. Ok, let's conme to the point now. The best area to find a girl is between Hotel Lido (I hope I got the name right) and Piata Romana, but not walking on the Boulevard, walk in the small side streets instead. If you have a map of Bucharest, look at Piata Universitatii. The area I talk about is between B-dul Balescu / B-dul Magheru (which connects Piata Universitatii and Piata Romana) and the Calea Victorei (which is left of the B-duls when going direction Piata Romana). The top border is B-dul Dacia.

There I found really much and nice girls, one of them was a blonde Romanian, 21 years old, standing together with her girl friend (dark haired) at a bus stop. The dark girl offered everything (sex, oral, anal, .) for 50 Euro /hr either in her appartment or in the hotel. The blonde one (called Julia) offered the same (except anal). So at the end it was possible to have two really nice girls for 80 Euros per hour (40E each) in my hotel (I gave them an extra 15 Lei for taxi back which is about 4 Euro). One night I had both for 1 hour, another night I took Julia for two hours into my hotel. I also was at a massage location. But I prefer to pay 40 Euro for 1 hour sex in my hotel instead of paying 50 Euro for a massage (of course with happy ending).

Another possibility to find girls is anuntul. Ro (choose matrimoniale / e cauta partener) to find girls. But as said above you don't really know what you get and the prices for hotel visit are starting at 100 Euro per hour.

Regarding girl friendly hotels: It's not an issue for you as you have an appartment but I stayed in the Marriott which is a little bit outside of the city (max. 10 minutes taxi ride for 2-3 Euro). As the elevators are far away from the reception, it was really not a problem to get the girl into the hotel. She just asked if I can bring her down to the taxi afterwards to avoid any problems and for sure I did this also without any trouble.

If you want to go to a nice restaurant, forget to find one at the B-duls (except the ones in hotels like Intercontinental which are also pricy). Go to the old town or look for girls and restaurants within the side streets I described above. There are plenty of them for really good prices.

Maybe a last tip regarding transfer from airport to the hotel: Within the airport building, a lot of taxi drivers try to approach you and get you into their Taxi. The best way is to make a fix price deal from airport to your location in the city which should NOT cost more than 25 Euro! From Hotel back to the airport we got a taxi driver doing it for 20 Euro fix price (but the bellboy organized that).

300 euros for a girl is more than London price! The economy isin't doing very well and expect more girls to be available.

If you look at anontul. Ro you will get a much bigger choice. There is one operator who is based near Romana who usually has about 3-4 good girls and advertised on anuntul. Ro. I cannot give exact details as last time I wrote about the girls near Mcdonalds was probably picked by the police and now you don't see anything there and a lot of police presence.
